Storyline:
In the heart of Dhaka, a young and ambitious man named Shadhin (played by Shakib Khan) dreams of building a stable future. After years of struggle with unemployment, failed job applications, and systemic corruption, his life takes a tragic turn when his fiancée Nishat (Sabila Nur), a brilliant academic, takes her own life after being denied a teaching position despite topping the merit list. The job was instead sold to an unqualified candidate through bribery and political influence. Her death becomes the final spark that turns Shadhin’s despair into silent fury.
Devastated but determined, Shadhin reinvents himself as “Mikhail,” a mysterious and calculated figure with a mission. He secretly plans a hostage takeover at a major private TV channel on the night of Eid, when national viewership is at its peak. With a small group of skilled allies, he storms the live studio, takes control, and forces the station to broadcast his demands and grievances. The situation escalates quickly, drawing in law enforcement, media, and millions of viewers across the country.
Shadhin demands a live conversation with two key ministers—the Home Minister and the Law Minister—on air. As tensions rise, he reveals shocking truths about government-level corruption, nepotism, and the abuse of power. Through flashbacks, we see his journey: from a hopeful graduate to a man broken by the injustice of a flawed system. He exposes files, recordings, and proof of how young talents are discarded, whistleblowers are silenced, and justice is auctioned to the highest bidder.
Inside the studio, Jaya Ahsan plays a brave news anchor caught in the crossfire, trying to maintain calm while understanding Shadhin’s deeper motives. Meanwhile, the police prepare for a breach, but the growing public sympathy for Mikhail forces the government to reconsider their approach.
The climax is intense: Shadhin's story stirs a wave of public outcry. Hashtags trend, protests erupt, and viewers begin to question the very pillars of authority. Instead of violence, Shadhin chooses to surrender, having succeeded in his true mission—to awaken a generation.
